A great book to help understand the changes that people experience as they get older. Too many examples in this book that were familiar to me. Loss of energy, no motivation to do the things you love, and so on. This book was recommended by my Wellness Dr. if you experience anything like this book describes you must start seeing a well Dr. to get back on track. Read the chapters on DHEA, Thyroid, and testosterone.
