This book is awful. The publisher should have looked Nate in his Big Dumb Eyes and said nah, man. Stick to stand up. It’s so bad, I’ll never watch his stand up again.

I should have just marked it DNF three chapters in when I realized it had no point and was not funny, but no. I’m reading it for a challenge and thought, eh I can tough it out.

Don’t do it. Close it. Walk away. Forget it.

If I weren’t reading this for a challenge, it would be a DNF.

The synopsis talks about Percy’s many opinions, over analyzing and being annoying…

The synopsis lead me to believe that would be just the opener then move to an actual story.

Here we still are listening to Percy rattle in the most tedious, pretentious and painful ways possible.

Think a book about music would be fun. Think again.

Not quite halfway through. I’ll begrudgingly firm ish it, but have zero interest in the rest of the series.

I’d you want a book about people professing to be Christians and acting and thinking like anything but, this book is for you.

Even the saintly Patsy, just comes off judgy and unpleasant.
