The setting (London, only its now ruled by a Fey Queen), the society (uppity 'so-and-sos'), the courtly intrigue, etc. The romance competition of the ton is always a thrilling feeling, especially when viewed through the eyes of a spinster in the making. They make the best heroines, as we all know!
