Absolutely loving it! Could not be listening to a better book on ADHD. So many “Ah-Ha!” Moments I’ve recognised within my own habits and personality, so it’s really helping me connect some dots!

Great read- no matter if you have ADHD or not. It’s really well written and offers many examples on how one can live with their neurodivergent brain. Wonderful! 10/10 stars so far ⭐️
