Jackson Parrack is 50% done with The Obstacle Is the Way: The Timeless Art of Turning Trials into Triumph

Listening to audiobook so I don't know 100% how far I am but I am enjoying this and am using its knowledge for myself. This year, I've been trying to become a better person and live a more outgoing life. Stoicism has been something I've been reading about and hope to learn more throughout the year.

Really digging this. I was looking for a dark medieval book, and this just hit the spot. Thomas, Delphine, and Priest Matthieu are great characters who are so different but need each other to keep going.

Jackson Parrack is 50% done with Dare: The New Way to End Anxiety and Stop Panic Attacks Fast

Not exactly sure how far into the book I am but it is very interesting.
McDonagh does not sugarcoat things and gives you exact reasons why your body and mind react in certain ways during a anxiety/panic attack.
He comes up with fun ways to brush off those moments of anxiety but still manages to take things seriously. Really enjoying this so far!
