this is incredibly hard to follow, reading it makes me feel a little like i'm losing my mind. I'm not sure if the problem is me or just the book itself

tentatively feel like i might finally be out of my 3 year or so reading slump! i've just gone through and deleted so many books from my tbr shelf & made my peace with the fact that i will probably never finish some of the series i used to read/love. but i'm finally excited to start reading again!

i've been in such a huge, awful slump for the past few years so i genuinely can't remember the last time i was so hooked by a book that i had to force myself to put it down every night. i do unfortunately need to sleep though

thoroughly enjoying this, i'm so glad my brain returned to me and allowed me to start reading again <3

it's taken me 5 months to read 67 pages but i'm finally picking this back up and focusing on it properly!

i should probably reread the first one bc i'm a little fuzzy on the details but i'm hoping it will all come back to me instead

it turns out i actually enjoy reading when it hasn't been assigned to me! who knew!

oh i don't think i'm gonna like this at all, but i have to read it for class :/

... not entirely sure how well i remember carry on and i should probably do a reread but we're gonna see how this goes anyway!
