i do not have an innate interest in English history but this is suprisingly good so far after I got through the first two hours.

i did not know this would involve a whole recounting of persian history at the turn of the 20th century

memoirs are always intimidating to me but this is super readable and enjoyable

starting listening to this in the car while road tripping with roger and my brother and sparked some interesting convos

i’m having a really hard time reading this so far because it immediately makes me sleepy

wait i’m obsessed

every time i listen to this i get a new jaw-dropping fun fact
