The book has actually helped my a little when dealing with patients. Even though I’m not a psychiatrist, patient interaction is very important to me and it gave me some insight that I did not get in my studies. Especially when dealing with crying patients, I know understand, that they first need to feel comfortable enough around me to allow themselves to cry.
