Wow this book was so good. Peak creepy-magical realism, so vivid and well crafted. Touches on so many topics without being too complicated or preachy with a great cast of characters that aren’t too stereotypical but get all the points across effectively. So good!!

I’m really not enjoying this so far…….

on page 16 she walks to the J train from greenpoint and then transfers to the N at canal just to go up to times square?? why not the G to the 7? or the L and then transfer at union square?? or the M??? J to N is the worst route and so much walking???? why?????
