Wilson asks an important question: Can we enjoy art if the artist has done something wrong? He talks about famous artists and how their personal lives affect how we think about their art. The book is easy to read and makes you think about the connection between creativity and character.
It’s a good read.

Reading The First Muslim felt like going on a journey through the life of Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him). Lesley Hazleton tells his story clearly and respectfully, using a third-person view that helps us see him as a real person—not just a religious figure.
It’s a wonderful book.
