Really enjoying this one, which is refreshing since I wasn’t a big fan if the first in this series. Also listening to it, which i think is making it better 🤷‍♀️

I really hate Ember. She is absolutely obnoxious: this book is basically a soap opera, which is probably why I cant stop listening

Oye - Ember is trying. And this “parental trauma” trope is waaaaayyy overdone. Also, whoever does Ember’s narration is so dramatic, everything is “dire.”

LOVING it. If you’ve been sleeping on this series, you should definitely pick it up.

The audio is awful. I definitely need to switch to eyeball read to finish.

Book was tracking at a 4.5 until that stupid “third act breakup”, the reaction was not realistic…come on man
