Kind of addicting. Definitely an insta attraction, but a fun pallet cleanser for sure.

Have to quit this one, but I knew it was going to be too disturbing for me to finish.

Keeping me engaged, but I definitely cannot stand the FMC, or the obnoxious continuous references to Romance Novels and tropes. This is supposed to be a Romantasy, it should not be this relatable to real life novels. Also, the nickname she assigned Sloth “Lord Stoic” is also annoying. all gripes aside, i do love Sloth

Lore is still o my nerves

Enjoying Prince Sloth’s chapters, but Lore’s (the FMC) chapters are tedious. She’s an annoying character, the author is trying way too hard to make her a romance reader/bookworm and I HATE that archetype. This is a fantasy novel, the FMC shouldn’t be talking about book tropes we all know.

Definitely hooked me in the first chapter

Psychological Thrillers drive me bonkers. This one is so twisty, and honestly i feel like there are loose ends, and things that were planted that make zero sense as it starts to unravel.

Audiobook is fabulous, but crazy long! Second time with this one from the library. Im 21% in after 6 hours of listening, with 21 hours to go. Not sure ill finish it before its due back 😬

Definitely going to be another 10 star read for me. I adore Osric’s character, and the banter, and the slow-burn/true enemies to lovers. Omg and the pining! This character is so in love with Aurienne and tortured by it… absolutely delicious

Was approved for an ARC! Dropped everything else im reading and starting this one ASAP

Has yet to grip me, but Im going to keep going. I think Ive figured out that i dont particularly like “academia” settings. There’s also a ton of dialogue and you know how I feel about that 🙄

Flying through this one - but also want to strangle the FMC - its obvious whats happening to her and she’s not taking control of her own situation! Gah!!

This book is disturbing, but i dont think it’s meant to be? Every time I turn it on to listen, something gives me the “ick”, but for some reason Im invested enough to keep going 🤷‍♀️

Ok, our narrator is incredibly annoying. She clearly has a child who is has Aspergers and is ashamed of him, basically hides him from the world, is depressed that her child “hates her” when he’s “her world” (even though she’s ashamed of him) and is too needy for my tastes.

This book is kind of disturbing, but I don’t think its meant to be? Every time I listen to it, something gives me the “ick”, but Im invested enough to figure out where its going for some reason:
