Have you ever read a book where there are SO many side characters, you’re convinced you should be reading 5 other books (their stories) at the exact same time just so you know what’s going on?

God. This honestly feels like a high schooler’s first attempt at writing a story. Like, good effort but I’m bored and annoyed. And the narrator of the audiobook is using a “whale voice” for one of the plants and it makes me want to chuck my headphones out a window.
