Thinking I’m a little older than the intended audience. Continuing to listen, but it’s not relatable. Maybe when I was in early-mid 20s.

There are so many character POV that I'm losing track, but the book overall is keeping my interest.

I think I'm too old for this book. So much high-school-ish drama and lots of talk of TikToks. Still pushing through because I'm curious when the mystery plot is going to show up.

This is a really easy read (or, in this case, listen 🎧). Kind of reminiscent of The Love Hypothesis, though this was written first.

Let's see what the hype is all about...

“To be without learning is to be without eyes” — Lithuanian Proverb, quoted at the beginning of the book.

Still enjoyable, though I’m not a huge fan of the feminist statements in the book. Can’t we have strong, intelligent female characters without them making overt statements about old, white men? The “women in STEM” thing just seems overdone at this point.

Enjoyable and cute book so far. Tiring of the number of times the author mentions Adam’s height, muscles, and broad shoulders, but at the same time, secretly loving it.

“If Sariah were here, she’d give me a knowing look. My temper was the one wrinkle she hadn’t quite ironed out of me.” (12)

“‘That man (Saint) would sink his fleet for you, Fable. He’d walk away from everything.’” (216)

“He was beautiful and terrifying and stoically cold. He was Saint.” (288)

I fall more and more in love with Saint with every description.
