An impressive meta fiction that folds in on itself over and over in conjunction with its running mantra, based on a Hasidic proverb -- "everything will be as it is now, only a little different." More admirable than enjoyable, a challenge to the reader who learns (by the author's own admission), that nothing is going to happen. Lerner has a knack for choosing the only exact word matched by few.
