Yes, some of the prose gets a little too flowery to know truth from reality, but I’m still overall understanding and enjoying the story

This feels different than the rest of the novellas, probably because we're seeing Chih at their home base, so theres more of that personal conflicts coming up rather than jsut what Chih is moderating

Sap and Marrow is my fave of the three stories so far

this is probably the funniest use of a narrator as a framing device that ive seen. hes trying so hard to just be polite while hes rooming with the most dysfunctional family in england and just touching on all of the nerves

i really hope we get a short story with three's adventure during all this
