Extremely eye opening and extremely heartbreaking. Have had to put it down several times because of how heavy it is.

This book is WILD so far. Apart from the rowing, which is a whole world in and of itself, the story of Joe Rantz has been nothing short of captivating. Parents leave their 10 yr old son stranded in their abandoned house to live BY HIMSELF and he learns how to survive and even THRIVE. Hard to put down.

This book is crazy. Shackleton’s voyage meets “the tiger” by John Vaillant. Not a dull moment thus far.

Prolific. Incredible read forJews and Christians about the heart of the sabbath and why practicing it (or some form of it) is important.

So good! Reading in anticipation for the film.

Picking up and getting good

Has some lulls thus far…picking up a bit…in the middle of the Mexican-American war.

Wishing she would talk more about cave diving stories and less about her personal life 😂
