I didn’t like it at first but it’s slowly starting to pick up.

Well, it took a little while but I’m finally interested. It takes some effort to sort the characters but once you do the story line starts moving a little better.
Very interesting topic. If you aren’t familiar with eugenics I recommend doing a quick google search before reading so you have a bit of knowledge to move forward on.
