Chapter 4 has a lot of evidence to support that this is a tale of “motherhood”. Words like “conceived”, “labors”, “creation” make it seem obvious…I’ve always read it as a warning to not play God, but if it is also a tale of motherhood, does it imply that motherhood is godly or sacrilege?
