In the final stages I almost finished it all yesterday but I had responsibilities so I figured it’s better to not stay up until 2am reading

Okay so at first I was considering dnf this book cuz it felt a little too academic but once the plot twist hit I was fully locked in am* fully locked in. Took about 10 chapters but that’s alright

Started out pretty sad but here we go😅 I’m not enjoying our main FMC rn but hopefully she’ll grow on me. What is it with these dark academia books and having an fmc that’s too smart for her own good and slightly insufferable? Anyway it’s due in a week that’s why I’m pausing my other book to read this one

The tide is shifting! My girl just did a baddie fight scene and the romance is everything I needed. My heart is melting. I love this book

So far I’m loving it! The audiobook is heavenly! The person reading is doing so good with the voices. And the story itself is very intriguing and quite funny. More and more lore is being uncovered and I almost cried when my Spotify ran out of audiobook credits. I’ll have to wait several weeks to finish or bite the bullet and buy more credits.
