oh my god

really enjoying this in general but my favorite part has to be how bad the narrator is at googling

extremely silly little book but it's keeping my attention!

did Grady Hendrix just spoil the/a twist in the introduction 🧍

the "before" sections feel really similar to In My Dreams I Hold a Knife, which I DNFed :p

obviously all of these are really heavy and challenging but the comic about Lauren Drain and her experience in the WBC is really something else

I'm liking this a lot more than The Last House on Needless Street but there are sections of this that are so hard to read, which is amazing because the entire book has the most rancid vibes, so there's just no relief

*sicko voice* yes... hahaha... YES!

I barely understand anything going on in this and definitely didn't understand anything Lena, the fat Frenchwoman, was saying. Having fun though 🤷‍♀️

well this might be the last* ARC I ever receive, should probably make sure I at least read it before it gets officially published
*this is my second ARC, my first was an anthology I got from the library as a kid as a reward for doing their summer reading challenge

I wish this was written in third person :/

this is saying something kind of interesting about fandoms for real life people. my issue with it is the same issue I have with every book that's about teenagers and it's that teens are annoying (sorry but it's true!) and it can be hard to read from a teen's perspective. but I'm very interested to see where it's going!
