Warum… Versteht Goodreads nicht, dass ich erst „Das Reich der Sieben Höfe“ auf Deutsch gelesen hab und jetzt auf Englisch? Obwohl ich die englische Ausgabe ausgewählt habe, ist jetzt dennoch die deutsche Ausgabe in meiner Lesechallenge. Uff. 😂

Wenn ich noch einmal den Satz „Vielleicht hätte es mich beunruhigen sollen, aber das tat es nicht.“ lese, schreie ich! Es kann doch nicht wahr sein, dass die Autorin keine anderen Sätze kennt, um zu umschreiben, dass Sera manchmal kaltherzige Rachegedanken hat und das ihr allerdings nichts ausmacht.
Und wenn ihr wirklich nichts einfällt, dann soll sie es halt weglassen! Wir haben es kapiert!

Ok, I‘ve finished the second story, which was like wayyyyyy better then the first (sorry, Liam from „Under one roof“, but it’s the truth). I actually loved it a lot and I think it was better written and not only spoke of the relationship between the two MCs. So yeah, on to Number 3 of 3! :)

Story Number 1 finished - but the whole story just felt incredibly rushed and it focused on nothing else but their relationship. The book didn’t really have any subplots - which, I guess, makes sense for a novela, but still… It is quiet actually enraging.
