I’m listening to the audiobook. Normally, I tend to avoid authors who narrate their own books, but I’m glad I didn’t this time!

OMG...this is the best book I have ever listened to. I’ve never heard of the narrator before, but I can feel all the pain and suffering of this girl. She’s made a bargain and gotten a hell on earth. The loneliness of the heroine is heart-wrenching.

These books are like popcorn. Fun and addicting. I can listen to the audiobooks while I knit or watch tv. And I don’t look at or obsess over the news with these books. THAT is a huge plus.

I keep putting this book down because I don’t want to have to wait for the next volume. I love the world building and I love the characters!

It’s pretty good. I have a feeling Ilona Andrews’ books will prove to be the crack of urban fantasy for me.

I’m listening to the audiobook and it’s very good. The story is intriguing and the Inspector is very likable. It’s set during the 1920s in England and Inspector Rutledge suffers from PTSD.

I keep meaning to come back to this book, but I keep getting distracted by other books. 🙁

OMG...I had forgotten how much I loved Regency comedies of manners. Toss in the odd paranormal stuff and it becomes sublime.

Not great literature, but it’s been fun so far. I’ve definitely been entertained!
