the writing style / tone is a little strange… cant put my finger exactly on why yet? i think it might be that the dialogue feels a bit unnatural and weirdly formal.

i love these books and i think most reviewers are unnecessarily hard on them #mytruth

its so wild to me that this is my 5th read of this book and it just never gets old or tedious? it just enchants me every single time. i wish reading always felt like this, i really struggle to feel this compulsively readable vibe with other books. i guess this series is rly just perfect for me <3

this is amazing for a debut, if this story keeps going the way it is miss heather frances will certainly be an auto buy!

i hate when i can tell a book is written by a millennial because every piece of dialogue has been doused in 13 layers of unnecessary irony and sarcasm in an attempt to always be funny

sooo irritating how there have been 4 characters now that have put this fuck ass main character in her place but her narrative continues to be so indignantly stupid. i really don’t understand why the author is choosing to write such a moronic loser and we have to live in her head for the entire book

i want to knock this womans teeth in omg this is the most irritating main character ive read in years

this book should be called arrested development baby considering that this woman is stuck at the age of 17 when she’s 27 …. its soo hard for me to have sympathy for this character when she reminds me of people i loved irl who let this behavior derail their life and negatively impact the people around them

ok i’m already annoyed … this main character has such a woe-is-me attitude and it’s very pathetic… she’s also so un-self aware of how she fits into her own life and the people around her… just giving lazy and stagnant for no reason…. she’s giving loser deadbeat i’m SORRYYYY omg i think this book is gonna piss me off LOL
