i think the most baffling thing about this book is that a hundred year old vampire, the main love interest, is named Adrian. we’re in a medieval world with vampire royals and the dudes name is Adrian. why’d he get the most basic white boy name while his other vampire friends had all these cool ones????? what’s up with that?????
