I wasn't expecting to enjoy this as much as I'm enjoying it. Good story so far.

Things I love about this book- it comes with playlists and videos of each sequence. The presentation of the material is fantastic and encouraging. I see myself using this book a lot this year.

Things I don't like- it's hard manage the links on a kindle or phone.

This is a really interesting book full of research and stories
