Lots of twists in this one.

I am wishing I read something like this 7 years ago.

20+ books in, there is definitely a formula to this but JD Robb keeps me invested because of these characters. Each book brings news rites of passage, new depths to my favorite characters.

One thing I love about this story is how the couple work together. You hear of wives supporting husbands in their work but usually not the other way around. I appreciate how supportive Roark is.

This book is well written… I am just waiting to see how this ends.

Oh my gosh, this book is deals with difficult topics! I love the story so far though. She tells the story in a way that I can continue though.

I read a few of the Stephanie Plum books as a teenager and then a few years back, I read all 27+ books back to back. Towards the end, it started to feel repetitive.

But… it has been about two to three years since I read this series. I was between books and thought it might be nice to read a Stephanie Plum novel and it delivers, lightness, humor. Just what I need.

I am seeing how this book has some connection to her other doors series.

I am almost done with this book and I think this one will be a two. This entire book feels like the author split what should have been an ending into a series. It is maybe two key events with a bunch of filler. Plot twists that are poorly executed or could have been more convincing. I like the characters but what the author has done with the plot is unnecessary. This is hard to get through.

I really liked the first book, this one is a little cheesy. Kind of like reading a book for kids.

Glad I took the time for this one. So far so good. I really enjoyed the stories about Molly.

I am enjoying the dialogue, and the slow unraveling of the story. I have enjoyed all the books I have read by her so far.

Wow I was not expecting this twist.

I am listening to the audiobook and I love the accents. Loving reading a book about my culture.

This series is getting to be so good. I love the new characters that have come in.

This guy has been beaten to a bloody pulp, shot and he is still moving… this is a bit much.

If you do not want a man dead, don’t bludgeon him on the head repeatedly. 🤣

I started this book without reading the summary. I just like the author. I don’t recall the other books I read from her made me laugh like this.

So far, so good…

Her concepts match a lot of what I have been researching on my own.

Mystery of what is going and how it will end kept me reading but I do not like this ending.

I am still at the beginning of this one. Almost skipped it but I am glad I didn’t. I have to say that I am stressed. Loving these inital characters and I am honestly waiting for the other shoe to drop. :0//

Loving this book so far. Tragedy right at the start. Lot’s of mystery and hope for things to work out for Toby. Just the motivation I need.

This one is a departure from the others since we are stepping into the fantasy realm. Witchcraft? Interesting…

Who is boomer? Not sure how I missed this.

Slow mysterious start. Enjoying this on the second round.
