I appreciate a thorough ending.

Okay so far, but the author chose to gloss over a relationship status and I feel like I am reading a just one action scene after another. It is a really slow moving plot at 40%+.

Wow! This is soooo good!

Okay so this book is interesting. I care about the characters, but I have some concerns. I don’t believe in reincarnation but if it was real, if we all have past lives, why is reliving the past with our past life partners being romanticized? Life is so full of mistakes. What if you already learned what you needed to learn from the past? Why repeat it? Love is not perfect. I’m just not convinced.

Oh wow, this author wrote Virgin River. There are 22 books in that series!

This was a really rough book to read. I did not enjoy the time period he chose to set this book in. The last half of the book was better for sure. This book could have been a lot shorter as well.

So much politics and not enough story. This is going to a a rough one.

I think I might like this book more in 40 years for the sake of looking at back at this time. It is a bit too close to home though now.

This book sounds like the cdc paid chuck wendig to write it. So curious about the funding on this one.

This book is extremely political. Very relevant to current times. I feel like this author has a definite political agenda by writing this book. It reads like political programming.

Is this whole book a redo of the first books just from a different perspective? I hope not.

Chlo’s situation is so painful! I just can’t believe her gall. I can only imagine how this is going to end.

This book is painfully insightful in its description of womanhood in the workforce. The main character is cringingly relatable.

Okay so I started the audiobook for this one and got irritated because in the first chapter it ends mid sentence. I thought it was error of the recording studio. I decided to table listening to this one until the book came in the mail. Come to find out… the mid-sentence halt was on purpose! I am annoyed because it has been weeks since I started the wait. WTH 😒

Well written and I could live with the ending. I appreciated reading a story from the perspective of someone with dementia. It was interesting experiencing the interactions with Florence and the people in her life. It makes me want to go volunteer at my local ALF.

I really enjoyed this series, but I was hoping for more believe it or not. It is epic already, but I wanted to hear more about the end of time. For this reason it gets a 4.5.

I was really excited about this book because I loved this character. This story was disappointing for a variety of reasons. I am disappointed for the character.

This is getting from bad to worse!

The only thing getting me through this is that I know there is another book in this series. This is direction is brutal… so unexpected!!
