Idk what to think so far… it feels like reading a wikipedia page. Everything seems to be easy for her: she was just born talented and opportunities presented themselves to her. She brushes off many important and problematic topics instead of looking back at them as such. And Crossroads is not some “funny teenager movie”. It’s much bigger than that. Her whole experience with it is two pages long.

It’s fun, well-paced, the characters are good and their relationships are progressing nicely. There are still some questions I haven’t found answers for. All in all a nice fantasy read. Might forget a lot after but it’s fun while it lasts.

Idk… these books feel enjoyable while reading, but you forget them the moment you’re done reading. The idea is good but it falls flat every time. Also, the writing style didn’t bother me before, but in this book it’s very irritating - why do you have to repeat very obvious things; why does every story feel like it’s meant to be read alone?

Why does this kid feel so unimportant to her, in her own life story?
