There are two books from the last 10 years that truly raised the bar in the field of economics, "The Holy Grail of Macroeconomics" and now this one. While reading Piketty I read ever criticism that I could find to try and look for gaps and diagnose flaws. The criticism has ranged from supportive and enthusiastic to enraged and rabid. This work is nothng short of revolutionar in its scope and method, a wakeup call.
