i love how beast is also a sort of character study of aku, like one of those writing practice characterisation things where they tell you to put diff characters in the scenario and see how they react differently. its so funny to see how the same events progress with aku because he's a lot less good natured and open to things compared to atsushi. absolutely love this series and looking forward to the rest!
