The first chapter—The Infinite Boundary—provides a good cursory glance into the world of science fiction with a list of reading recommendations. Orson Scott Card offers a midst glimpse into the exclusivity and freedom characteristic of science fiction and fantasy writing. Additionally, I think Card’s criterion for Science fiction is a very useful illustration of the many stories that fit into SF.

This book is a great view look into the relationship of Darth Vader and Grand Admiral Thrawn. Great narrative, and a delighful focus on building the lore of Batuu and the Unknown Regions.
