Almost DNF'ed this one because the main character is extremely annoying and mean, I can handle an unlikable narrator but MY GOD. but it just got interesting as I was debating stopping so I'll stick with it . Also I paid for the ebook so trying to get my money's worth.

This book is so good, it’s very long but not a slog. A long winding multi-generational saga that slowly weaves together in the most satisfying way

Done part 1 and so far this book is stunning I was hooked, also the longest book I’ve read in a while wish me luck 🫡

I think I'm an Ann Patchett stan now?! I need to finish it but so far this book has blown me away! From my newly minted fav genre – long family sagas that jump POVs between family members and covers decades.
