Whiplash to go from Yangchen where everyone is either redeemable or at least interesting to this... Where the main characters both suck and we know from the show what happens.

After dnf-ing this book a few months ago I decided to give it another chance. The first 100 pages are awfully boring but it's really picking up now.

The first 2 parts were good and interesting. But Olive?? The most miserable, dull, and annoying character I have read in years.

I love when I start to understand what's going on in these books haha. Been loving it the whole time

I hope something happens soon. Its so boring. Seems to be a common theme in this book series. The first 50% or so of the previous 3 books I read in it were also very boring.

Im kinda bored at this point.

The wonderful thing about these books is that you can read most of it and have no clue what is happening but still enjoy it.

this sucks. I was hoping it would be a little lighter but no, its murder and assault on every page. This might actually beat Othello for my least favourite shakespeare reading experience. Im determined to finish it at some point but Im so close to dnf this garbage.

A few pages in and I already hate every single character, Im impressed by how awful they are. Shakespeare's plays arent usually this gross.

They still havent given the shit queen any positive and redeeming qualities... Seriously I feel like im supposed to root for her but every page makes me loathe her.

If Jules doesnt die soon this will be a 1star. Its rare to find a character that is SO annoying and makes you care so little for. Its really ruining the story.

Im so bored. I hate when school forces you to read boring literature.

If someone you know has had a hard time and tells you to not be friends with someone you should probably listen. Honestly Tori is really getting on my nerves. Every now and then she has good moments but Im just overall disappointed. The p&p slander is so unneccesary and really paints her as an unintelligent and judgemental person. I hope there is a good reason for it by the end.

I really hope Tori becomes less of an asshole by the end because this might just be my first dnf in years. There are almost no likable characters. I want to know what happens next but I might just Google it.
