Paused this book for a bit. Started back up. Picked up some warmth & will continue on. I listened to a bit of the audio book & immersion reading & then toggled back to the hard copy.

Sydney is really annoying & not very smart. Could she find her way out of a paper bag ? Hmmm I’m not sure she could.

I’m not a big fan of most chick lit & this is definitely chic lit. I am glad I’m listening to it as an audio book & not reading it. I think I would be annoyed & feel like my time was stolen if I were reading this. That said, I am invested in it now & need to see how it ends. It is starting to remind me of another author that I really don’t like. Idk I don’t like Sydney’s ignorance & how she thinks. Blech.

listening to the audio book while I multi task, and reading along through parts. At first I wasn’t sure if I liked the narrative or if I would like an immersion, it’s growing in me. The narrators grew on me fairly quickly.
I was able to cook & crochet while I listened to a significant portion of the book. This immersion/ audio option might be a good option for some books when I have stuff I need to get done
