Nvm! Natalie is trash and I hate her!

I was already on the I hate Natalie train, but she was FINALLY starting to come around and make good choices. Now the parents are throwing their hats in the ring as total imbeciles?! Ugh.. I cannot.

I wasn’t really sure what to expect going into this but this is beautiful. It’s evocative, heartwarming, poignant, and devastatingly beautiful.

I really disliked Zade in book one, but book two Zade, the Hunter Zade, he has totally redeemed himself! 🖤

I’m glad I pushed through, and decided to hang in there. This is shaping up to to be so much better than Haunting!

This man is a walking contradiction.. and not in a good way.
How does this book have such good reviews??

I cannot stand a dumb FMC… and so far, Adeline is REALLY dumb.

Oh man, I’m trying to stick with it but this book is giving ”I’m trying too hard to be relevant on booktok” and major insta love vibes..

I am so sad that such an amazing story is being so poorly executed. I want to keep reading because I am so drawn to this plot and all of its intricacies, but her writing is absolutely terrible.

This book has completely crushed all hopes and expectations. I truly loved the plot of Kiss of the Basilisk, but this book has taken all that book 1 lived up too and annihilated it.
I am now just hate-reading simply so I can know how it ends, and so that I can officially say how awful it is.
