Starting something else to get me out of my reading slump. I have high hopes for this…

I don’t know how I’m feeling about it so far… struggling to make any progress! I just don’t want to pick it up, it’s feeling like a bit of a chore at this point. Such a shame, because I loved book one! The relationship dynamic is just weird in this book too. I enjoyed the slow burn in book one, but it feels like it’s gone from 0 to 100 in this book without them really forming any emotional connection…

I am finally making some progress with this book now after a 2 month reading slump and I’m really happy about it!! Luther, I have missed you 🤭

Starting book 3!!! I’m also super excited to start listening to the fantasy fangirls podcast alongside reading this! They are doing a deep dive into this series… 🤩

Wanted a break from the Kindred’s Curse Saga. As much as that ending is making me want to grab the next book, I want to try and make it last a while longer!!
I’ve seen people rave about this and I like that it can be read as a standalone. I’ve also got the version with the new cover, which I much prefer!
