Dave Barry thinks and writes funny. Swamp story is a laugh-out-loud tale of a young woman caught up in the criminal wackiness in an isolated outpost of the everglades. Hidden gold, big honkin' snakes and gators, a melon monster and zombie Tik Tok followers. What could possibly go wrong? Answer: Most everything. And to hilarious effect. A great "comin' up on summer" read.

About a quarter of the way through it. Enjoying it immensely. Great writing style.
