I really don’t feel better about what the youngest sister did even if she didn’t do the worst thing.

This book and I have a fundamental disagreement about who is in the wrong in this relationship and I am a person who very much values control and not asking for help. And yet!!!!

I feel like I am about to have to start reading this through my fingers.

Like, I get that this would end the book, but if the hero doesn't want to have sex without a relationship and that's the only way the heroine wants to have sex, he should just say so. Instead, we are going to get get some sort of plot that he will ease the heroine into into a relationship and I'm just not interested.

I truly hope the relationship building in this picks up, because a quarter in? If they actually have a child it should be taken away from them.

This book came recommended on twitter but the “hero” is an ENORMOUS controlling dick and I am not sure I can stomach his redemption.

Don’t know what I think yet but I am not wild about nearly a quarter of the book all taking place on the same day, flashbacks excluded.

I don’t know how the rest of this book is going to go, but that I am at 20% and still on the day the hero and heroine meet, does not fill me with optimism.

I was really not prepared for the repeat Trump mentions.

I have tolerated this throughout the entire book, but if this author is from Columbus instead of just setting their book there, we have VERY different definitions of cold in the winter. And that would be fine because I do have a different scale than most of my born and bred in Ohio coworkers but enough is enough.

Oh. Alex is actually that stupid. Love that the whole book has been a lie on that front.
