An underrated writer with a style of their own. Great collections of stories for a horror fan.

I started reading this book a little bit ago and it is an amazing fictional story. It is about a 14 year old boy that gets meningitis and is trapped inside his mind. He ends up in a care facility and eventually gets a roommate that has dementia. They are are able to communicate and have experiences that are beautiful to describe. Only 39% of the way through but the words bring me to tears.

Very entertaining author and story. Laughed out loud many time and love his writing style. I look forward to reading another of his books.

This book draws you in from the start. It will make you laugh out loud and I really enjoy this authors writing style.

Excellent murder mystery

This was a fun read and I loved the writing style. Story of a mans life of failure.

The anatomist's mneumonics was delightfully dark and unexpected.

The fox was very well written and creepy.

The Tin House was beautifully written. So vivid.

I started reading this yesterday and I could not put it down. I enjoy the characters and the action starts on page one. Enjoying this book very much!

I started read this book per my sisters recommendation. I am really enjoying it so far and love mythology.

Contemplating whether or not to finish this book. Translated to English so sentences are just long paragraphs. Interesting premise but not sure I'm committed to finishing.

An introduction to the life of Tertuliano Maximo Alfonso and his general malaise with life. So far so good! I like the writing style.

The last of the stories were alright. Overall a good book. Worth the read.

The Beautiful Stranger was decent. I really enjoyed All She Said was Yes and What a Thought.

I enjoyed The Possibility of Evil. Paranoia was a fun tale. The Story We Used to Tell entertained me. Other stories were not as entertaining. I will continue reading.

I am reading this story with my daughter before bed time. We are really enjoying the characters and story so far.

Many more interesting comparisons of other animal species ( rats, elephants, birds) and the comparable emotions and actions that we all encounter.

Fun and entertaining read. Bloody and fast paced story.

Could not finish. Interesting writing style but not up my alley.
