i would have absolutely no clue whats going on in this book if it wasn't sparknotes. i'm just here like ????? also what is this book even about lmao

okay so if you push past the messy sex and the lack of a plot line- this book is still trash. Alex evidently graduated from college, but the author describes that HUGE milestone in Alex's life in about three sentences, which confuses me especially because June recently threw him into this career crisis. my point is- why are the big events being brushed past? THERE IS ZEREO PLOT I am BEGGING for some kind of plot line

& i know this is dumb but who was the designer of this book and why were they like: "hm lets make it pepto bismol pink I think that's a great idea" It's so ugly and for what

so instead of reading something I actually enjoy I decided I would go into something I had zero expectations for. turns out it was a good thing that I had zero expectations because so far I'm not at all impressed. this reads like some weird Wattpad fanfiction- there's no spice. I thought I was going to lose my mind while reading a 10+ page phonecall about a turkey named cornball.

not to be shady but remember when katie cotugno wrote a good book? yeah me neither. no shade tho.

and finally this beauty- this stunning, breathtaking, long awaited expectation shattering paperback book is my absolute EVERYTHING. Put anything Greek myth in my hands and I will soak in every word. The raw romance between Achilles and Patroclus is gorgeous and the emotion the author is able to convey in the simplest sentences leaves me mind blown. Beautiful, stunning, shocking, takes your breath away- I'm in love

This gorgeous book is something I picked up on my trip this summer. Mackinac Island is one of my favorite places- I swear I know more about this piece of paradise than I do myself. This "coffee table" style book enhances my knowledge of the islands history and includes breathtaking historical photographs on every page. (I'm like a child: "Oooh! There's pictures!!") It's the slice of home I need right now & i'm in <3

this book has been sitting on my nightstand for months- I can't tell you when I started it nor can I tell you what is going on- I also can't tell you when the last time I picked it up was. But I remember loving what I was was reading. I am now forcing myself to take some "me" time everyday and read, so we will need how this goes. 13 hours on a laptop daily really cramps your style so I have to do something different.

this better be good because after the dumpster fire Hunger Games book I just read I don't know how much more bad YA book I can take before I blow my top

hi it's been a while but oH mY GOD thIs book is AMAZING. UH. MAZE. ING. It's so mysterious and sO WELL WRITTEN and I could go on and on and on. This better be a classic.
