Re-read for the new books- I forgot how magnetic nesta and cassian are. This far into the story and Nesta and Elaine are still on my shit list. Oh and Elaine better be the biggest freak of them all!

Nesta is just as insufferable the second time around.

The main character in this book is the most insufferable human I've ever read.

Not a fan of the audiobook narrator's voice. 🫤

I fear this may be too much love bombing for me. The beginning of the book set us up for a cozy fall romance.Im not sure I've ever read anything else so gooey gooey insta-love. I may not finish. 🫠

I liked the first book of this series, love that's its witchy and takes place in Ohio but this one. I just can't get through. It's like running in quicksand somehow. I'm halfway through and I can't tell you what it's about.
