Loving this! One of the best new cookbooks I've read in years. The two recipes I've made so far-the smashed fried potatoes with sweet corn relish and pea sauce and the corn muffins-are both outstanding and have been added to my keeper recipe collection. Vegetable Kingdom is a must read for vegan and vegetarian southerners who love to cook.
