I expected this book to go hard, but it’s going even harder than I thought (appreciative) 👀

I love how this book is a journey, Bortle rating by Bortle rating. I just finished Bortle 3, which I experienced in the late 1990s New Mexico high desert where I lived at the time. I’ve never lived in a place with as dark a sky since.

Unbelievably, it's even MORE devastating and amazing on second read.

Finally! All the storylines start to come together
