The characters are 10/10, the banter is 100/10 and the tention is 1000/10 🥵.

I like this so far, the characters are really good and different. I like conor and how he's mischievous and does stupid things when he gets bored, I like kel for always being the level headed and overprotective one, I like lin for fighting for what she wants and not being afraid. I like Joss and antonetta too. There are a bit too many side characters and the plot is a bit slow at times but I'm enjoying this world.

This book is mainly focused on the characters. I really love these characters and the dialogue is so funny and cute but I'm ready for the action now. Not a lot has happened with the plot and I'm basically half way through !!

Not as good as the first one but maybe the ending will better.

Good so far, very fairytale vibes.

Still not improving but I'm going to try and push through and get to the end.

Not going to lie I'm quite bored.... I liked the first book but nothings really happening yet in this one. No darkling appearances so far...

Going to try and finish this this time around. But still how does this book have no plot after 50 pages, every chapter is just something random, I do like the humor though so I will continue.

I'm really liking this so far, it's got such a great vibe and atmosphere.

Finally getting to this, s & d was my favourite book of last year. No pressure b & h.

The amount of times 'the girl' has been used in this book. I'm contemplating why I'm even reading this, I didn't even like twilight. We're not really learning anything new either, it's all the stuff that got talked about in twilight but we didn't get to see because we followed Bella, but it's not anything that adds to the story 😩.

I'm starting to like this a little more, I'm not thinking about dnfing anymore.
Once you get past the first 100 pages it gets better.

I'm not sure weather to continue, I don't like the characters, the plot is only just getting started and if the word gods-damned is used again I will stop reading.

How was this made into a film, there is basically no plot except horny elio.
I thought he liked Oliver why is he still doing things with marzia?
This kid is seriously weird.

This is really weird, I'm not liking it. But I'll push through cause its ot very long.

I forget so much stuff that happened in this book, like the chihuahua part and the Ares side mission, all of which does not happen in the film.
It's becoming like Harry Potter I've watched the films more times then I've read the books.

I feel a reading slump coming on, percy jackson or Harry Potter usually cures it.

I'm not really liking this so far, it's kind of cringe, "we were infinite", please stop!!
It doesn't really give me very good vibes either, like some books give you the cosy feels, this book doesn't.
Anything that you would associate with your basic movie American high school this book has it.

There was such a big jump from the end of part 2 to the start of part 3.
I get that we're being told snows backstory, but it just didn't flow very well.

This book has dragged so much, it's very different from the original trilogy. I like all the goryness and actions scenes but I have no connection to any of the characters.

This is quite different from the hunger games, it has a different feel about it. I'm liking it so far, it's really dark and bloody. I love seeing how different the games were, the tributes weren't treated well like katniss and peeta.
I can't wait for this to become a film, I'll definitely go see it.
