switching from audio to kindle - I don’t think I’m “getting” the full experience that people claim as I’m listening so I’m gonna pause on this, finish my other ebook and then come back to this bc I TOO WANT TO FEEL THINGS !!!

I feel like I would have enjoyed this more if it was 4 years ago when I was in the midst of my English degree and I felt a sense of superiority of what I knew. Because now???? I see the narcissism that I held and what this one holds

DNF 37% - honestly, I just couldn’t bring myself to continue reading this. Naomi was annoying and Sloane was annoying and I was hoping this would be some sort of a Jennifer’s Body situation from how it sounded at the beginning but it just fell so flat and the incoming vampires were so stereotypical that I felt overall this to be very unimaginative - I could be wrong but I don’t care to find out
