I'm getting more and more frustrated with mia. shes like a little mouse. there are so many things she wants to talk about and discuss and learn and yet every time a man (namely her dad or Cole) tells her to drop it or to not worry about it she does. she just agrees and goes on about her life. SPEAK UP. do not let them belittle and cast your questions aside, my God.

I don't like sy. I thought he would be my favorite. I'm all into the tall dark and brooding but he's so mean to holly. did you know that Nicci has blue eyes? or that Richard is a married man? pretty sure niccis 'beautiful blue eyes' come up every other sentence. and pretty sure Richard needs to keep it in his pants and remember his wife. ya know the one who's missing?

UGH. ill never learn. this book is so boring. and talking in circles. and Richard is the king of everything and all knowing. I swear I'm only reading for kahlan. when her parts are up I'm like thank God but all too quickly were back to Richard and nikki. blah.

how can this book be so bad. I have absolutely no feelings for any of the characters. none. I adore ty and Zane, but this book makes all of them dull and annoying. their witty comebacks and sarcastic conversations do not make me love them anymore. its like no thought or care went into this book. this was NOT a ty and Zane book. this was a nick book. with a few ty and Zane sex scenes thrown in to keep us happy.

I am SO fucking disappointed. there is NO fucking way in hell Zane would bother trying to stop Kelly from beating the shit out of that guy if ty was in trouble. ty and nick are fucking dangling from a fucking cliff and Kelly is beating some guy up and Zane is trying to stop him. what a convenient way for nick and ty to get over their shit. there was no other way? really? shit writing. this is ridiculous.

where the fuck is Zane and Kelly? ty and nick are just fucking hanging out there, but I'm pretty sure they were all together. like why aren't they helping? this book is not anywhere near as good as i was expecting..
