this was a fantastic read

More well written adventures from Scott Lynch.
And the ongoing backfilling of the plot in some chapters whilst others move the story onward means the reader is kept guessing to ongoing importance of individual events doesnt always come to light until several chapters later.
I love that the plot is a giant puzzle which doesnt ever unravel until almost the last few pages.

Not sure what to make of this as it still hasn't really got started.

Perfect mix of mundane and extraordinary worlds, 50 pages in and this is as good as any of Brookmyre's novels - an unsatisfied housewife, horrified that she is a grandmother and her life has been spent on other peoples desires rather than her own, an international team of "security consultants" infiltrating secret labarotories to test their security.

It's all about to kick off but in who knows what direction!

easy read from the team at abbadon books. More post apocolyptic mayhem this time on the uk side of the atlantic.

Actually getting into this now after a slow start.

everyone has raved about this book but i am just struggling to get into it. Same thing happened when i read one of his previous bnooks starter for 10. Can you be allergic to an author????
