3/5 Audiobook Read by the Author. As a fan of the band Rush, I enjoyed the stories and recollections of their lead singer. The book at times was a bit of a slog as Getty Lee ages and loses lots of people in his life and details their passing and its effect on his psyche in detail.

3.75/5 An interesting SciFi novel about Androids and a bounty hunter tracking them. A tremendous, weird value placed on animal ownership. Also, a weird “messiah” element. Bazaar, but entertaining. Now if have to rewatch the movie Bladerunner, which was loosely based on this book.

4.5/5 Audiobook Huckleberry Finn’s adventures as seen and told by James, Huck’s slave companion. Very good. Funny, sad, thought provoking and well worth your time!

3.75/5 Audiobook. Book 2 of three of the series. Dan and Rosie move to New York and the hilarity continues. This book centers around Bud, which is an acronym for baby under development. Another super fun book by the author. Worth a listen.

4.25/5 Audiobook Historical fiction centered around four people during the holocaust and beyond. Terrible story beautifully told. Another great work by M.A.

2/5 book club selection. Audiobook. A tale of a traveler, who finds a vial in the river THAMES. A mystery of sorts that is a dual telling of stories from the 1790s and present day. And lots of reaches and stretches in this one for me. It was all right.

3/5 Just ok for me. I liked the Agnes character. It was a bit laborious and dull.

4/5 Book club selection. The analogies of the main character and the protagonists of the story are compelling and cleverly written and nurtured. A subtle -yet not- diatribe on environmental transgression. A good read -slow at times - but hang in there - the build up is worth it.

4.75/5. A lot to process in this one. A touching, raw tale of real life, warts and all. Great story of tragedy and recovery, the frailty of the human character and forgiveness.
