Oh, man, just so many chapters describing in excruciating detail what it would be like if videogame was real life, just dozens of pages of mentally clicking the minimap and looking at armor stats. Agonizing.

Oh, man, it's really obvious this guy never took a single creative writing class or read a single book on craft. The most reddit, dogshit writing I've read in a while. There is a crisis in the publishing industry.

Probably good I stopped listening to romance novels at the gym and now listen to them while doing chores after the baby goes to bed, because I am embarrassed enough listening to this alone in my kitchen.

Convincing myself to go to the gym at least twice a week by only allowing myself to listen to saucy audiobooks while I'm working out.

I'm like halfway through this book, and I can't imagine there is anything more to say.

My boyfriend has been reading this to me in the evenings or while we're driving around, and it straight up rocks.

Yeah, I'm going to just put this down for now. Going through a difficult emotional time right now and I find this perspective of fierce individuality and hedonism too bleak to be appreciated. Another time.
