Wow! There are some really graphic descriptions of sexual assault within the first chapter. Wish there had been more of a warning.

I am getting frustrated with the main character; wish she would grow a backbone.

So slow! When is this going to pick up? So many questions unanswered and nothing seems to be happening.

A lot of great advice and suggestions for how to follow through with said advice. I will definitely give it another listen. There was so much said that I have a hard time remembering it all.

Losing interest. Characters feel flat. Storyline does not seem to be all that original. It has been done before and better.

Finding the narration kind of dry and not that much fluidity between ideas.

Maybe I am too tired and missing things but it feels like the author brings up things as if she has already introduced them yet she hasn't. It's very confusing...

Listening to the audiobook. The author's voice might make it worth a listen all on its own. Very entertaining delivery of what seems to be fairly common sense if forgotten or overlooked by many.

I have a really hard time getting past the cheesiness.

Wow so melodramatic. After having a total of three conversations with the guy ( where she did most of the talking) she has decided that she is in love. She even compared her situation to a Shakespearean tragedy. Oh come on, people die in Shakespeare's tragedies!

Still hasn't hooked me. Too many questions left unanswered is making me feel irritated.
