I wouldn’t necessarily call this a romance novel, it was more like a lifestyle book? Like on YouTube, lifestyle videos will maybe have a short segment of them and their partners, but the rest is about their life. That’s how it was and it was Karla about Cheyenne. I would’ve liked to have seen more personal development in Cut, but the book wasn’t horrible.

Ok so... it’s a good plot and I love the characters for what they are but i don’t like it. They dragged out the really boring parts but the parts that I felt were crucial (being comfortable around each other, their relationship w/ their family) just weren’t in as much. I’m not rlly in the mood to write a whole review but i didn’t like it so...

The information to the characters is somewhat interesting, but the way the author went to show this was so boring and weird. Definitely never seen anything like this.

okay, where to start.... ALL of the characters’ history was spilled in the first chapter in between dialogue. It was such an odd place to put that. It also makes the rest of the book quite boring. The whole thing was so rushed!!! Like the first “date” had minimal conversation and they start kissing all the time after that

“Take my virginity” ??????

I’m nervous starting this book.... hopefully they don’t miss the mark on mental health

The only thing that really set the book apart was Tru’s wit. I loved it but it started to fade away the more you went on. I liked them together but it was just another basic smut mafia book. I would’ve preferred more conversations (I know they had lots) in the book.

Butttt, all that being said this was a cute romance and a cute couple

I thought that zac could’ve said more about his feelings to Bianca

My favorite part would be a little over halfway of the book when they both were at that reallly comfortable stage/ fun stage
I feel like after that it wasn’t as “comfortable”

I love the nicknames, but I hate how zac calls Bianca “kiddo” all the time
Especially after sex. It kind of feels like a weird big brother little sister type relationship
